With over fifteen years of experience, I have seen the good, the great, the bad and the ugly throughout my tenure as a Realtor, investor and landlord. I believe a skilled Real Estate professional cannot be taught the ins and outs of the trade in a classroom; but rather needs years of boots on the ground experience to master the craft. Knowing the local market, understanding a client’s needs and goals, negotiating a great deal, offering my preferred vendors/contractors for your home projects and facilitating a smooth, stress free closing is the experience I strive for with each and every transaction.
My passion for Real Estate began when I purchased my first rental property in 2004 with my long time business partner while attending college at Colorado State University. After that first purchase, the spark of excitement led me to my 1st fix & flip project, which led to my 2nd and then 3rd.
The success of those initial projects gave me the momentum I needed to become a licensed Realtor in 2007 and start a career in Real Estate. Since my inception, I have extensive first hand expertise in Real Estate marketing, contracts, the acquisition of distressed and non distressed properties, construction management, property management, interior design, home staging and retail disposition.
I enjoy working with homeowners who need to sell their homes quickly to a cash buyer for a fair price. I also help buyers find their dream homes, assist traditional sellers with the sale of their existing home and enjoy teaching new investors & experienced investors on how to succeed in this space while avoiding the potential pitfalls of Real Estate investing. I have been fortunate to share my knowledge and experiences as a guest speaker on podcasts and live in-person events throughout the Real Estate community.
I currently hold my broker’s license through Metro Brokers as well as own/operate a Homevestors of America “We Buy Ugly Houses” franchise. I specialize in single family and multi-family housing all along the Front Range.
With personally purchasing and selling over 50 million worth of real estate assets since 2011 and helping countless others with the purchase or sale of their home or investment property; I offer and extend my knowledge, prior experiences, gut instinct, grit and desire to create a win-win situation to anyone who chooses to work with me.
